According to the latest statement from the U.S. Treasury, the government had an operating cash balance Wednesday of $73.8 billion. That's still a lot of money, but it's less than what Steve Jobs has lying around.Tech juggernaut Apple had a whopping $76.2 billion in cash and marketable securities at the end of June, according to its last earnings report. Akshat Saxena record. A baby in India was born with 34 fingers & toes! That’s right, Akshat Saxena had seven fingers on each hand and 10 toes on each foot. That easily set the Guinness World Record for the most fingers and toes. However, doctors recently removed the excess appendages and now Akshat Saxena has the normal number of fingers and toes. She, however, does not have thumbs. But doctors plan to make a thumb out of the fingers that were removed.
