Adele forced to turn down Beyoncé Glastonbury duet. Adele reportedly turned down the chance to join Beyonce onstage at Glastonbury last night (June 26).

The singer was apparently approached by the R&B superstar, but rejected her offer because she is currently suffering from acute laryngitis.

"Adele was absolutely gutted, Beyonce is one of her big heroes," a source told The Sun. "It would have been the stuff of dreams to perform with her - the gig of her life.

"But docs have told her she's got to rest her voice or risk damaging her prized asset. She hopes one day they can do something together."

Adele was recently been ordered to stop talking or singing for a month to avoid causing serious damage to her voice after cancelling a series of US tour dates.

Beyonce headlined Worthy Farm to a huge crowd on the Pyramid Stage playing a hit packed set.
